Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. An appointment means we keep a consultant free and your shortlist ready.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes. Bring a photo or screenshot and we'll make a silver sample or a 3D render before making it in gold.
How long does a piece take?
Most pieces are ready in 10–15 days after you confirm. Custom designs can take 3–4 weeks.
Which payments do you accept?
UPI, cards, bank transfer and cash. An advance confirms the order and the balance is due at pickup.
